Inter USA Academy players are evaluated and selected based on their performance on the pitch, their personal qualities and attitudes, but most importantly, their potential. Many clubs overlook the potential of competitive players and seek only players that are advanced or have natural talent. Unfortunately, they are not willing to spend the time and resources to properly develop players with potential. At Inter USA, we pride ourselves in bringing out the potential of the competitive player to their highest level. All of our club members taking part in our programs benefit from the vast experience and knowledge of our qualified professional coaches who instruct based on learnings acquired from their professional playing careers coupled with the latest coaching curriculums and methods of the beautiful game.

Best Qualities of a Coach For This Age
This coach must clearly understand the capabilities and limitations of this age and appreciate the power of learning by watching. He or she must have the ability to demonstrate or to use older players to demonstrate. It is healthy and appropriate to group players according to ability level, but movement between groups should be open and fluid in order to reflect changes in ability and individual development from year to year or every six months.
Future Stars (U12-U15)
This is a semi-competitive program. Friendly/league games will be held according to group level. All training sessions conducted by licensed trainers in a small sided environment. Focus is on building a core foundation of individual skills and basic team tactics to be ready for the Academy and Elite programs.

Academy (U16 - U19)
This is a competitive program. Friendly/league games and tournaments will be held according to group level. All training sessions conducted by professional trainers in a small sided environment. Focus is on building on top of core foundational components and continuing to build individual skills and team tactics to be ready for the Academy programs.
Our Pre-Academy program includes:

Participation in competitive tournaments across Florida

Access to International Tournaments (Europe, South America, and Central America)
NSL TEAM (U19 - AND UP (OPEN AGES)
This is a highly competitive program. Friendly/league games & showcase tournaments will be held according to group level. All training sessions conducted by professional trainers in a small sided environment. Focus is on refining and perfecting individual skills and team tactics to be ready for collegiate and professional environments.
Our NSL Team program includes:
